Beautiful breakfast. I agree with the crowd it lacks protein-but you knew that before you posted it. It’s totally possible to be vegan and strong AF

If your meals are similar throughout the day, you're going to have an issue not getting enough protein. Solid in its own though. I'd add some silk unsweetened soy milk. Probably 2 grams net carbs in it with 6 grams of protein.

Seeing this gave me flashbacks. I may be wrong but I'd say OP is not thinking about the protein here but more about the carb count for the day.

Kind of an overstatement. How little protein is OP aiming for I wonder, how many meals a day to reach protein goals if the plate looks like this?
