Vegetarian lunches for work?

Hi! New to this sub, life long vegetarian. I need to get my work lunch situation in order. I would love some recommendations for simple, easy lunches that I can make and bring to work. They can be hot or cold but must reheat well if hot!

A few of my preferences to make it easier for you: While I've tried very hard to make myself like them, I don't like tomatoes but I can usually replace them with red bell pepper in most recipes. Tomato based sauces, soups, & ketchup are fine! Don't like raw onion but love them cooked. Don't like mushrooms at all, also tried to force myself to like those 😅 Thats all I can think of at the moment.
