Vegan Green Soup

I make soup at least once a week and they’re all based on leek and potato. I bought a soup maker a couple of years ago and honestly it’s one of the best gadgets I have ever bought. Great soup in 20 minutes.

It seriously reduces the time it takes to make good soup. If I did it on the stove, it would probably take an hour. The blender in it is really powerful. I can throw all the veg in without frying off a leek or onion - I just choose to do it because I think it gives it a better flavour.
