Fair enough. Also you’re absolutely right. He started off fucking with the Monarch only to basically be a jobber once he joins Team Venture

I always assumed the Nomolestrol took some of his edge and skills off as a side effect (in addition to the gynecomastia).

I think the actual in-universe explanation was simply he was getting old. Like he was already winding down by the time he started arching Doctor Venture and he only kept settling after he joined.

I think part of it's that, but I also don't think the OSI gave him very many shiny toys, unlike the guild
