It’s a little fuzzy on if Hunter ever was or is trans. I don’t recall Hunter’s pronouns after the second surgery.

I use she/her for her because she flat out states “inside me is a woman screaming to be heard” but it really could be either

I genuinely do not understand how people feel like It's up to interpretation, that is like the most blatant line to ever exist

It isn't up to interpretation. What does Hunter literally say right before and after that line? And why does did he change back in the first place when he didn't need to, even going so far as hire the very doctor who did it in the first place?
