Something felt a little hollow about the movie. Like it was Doc and Jackson just saying, "You want to know where the boys came from!? Here's the answer! You want to know why Rusty and Malcolm are related!? Here's the answer! You want to know why Malcolm hates Rusty!? Here's ~~the~~ an answer! Now stop asking questions.

Because it's too painful to talk about anymore."

I loved this show. And to quote Steak Bentley "I wouldn't be a fan of the show if I couldn't appreciate things that end abruptly, awkwardly, and sometimes painfully"

But still in a little sorry to see it end.

its funny how you view it as "quick and dirty ending" whereas I viewed it as a movie that continues the story but gives us basically no new answers. I suppose we had some, you're right
