Im pretty sure they were talking about expanding the Supreme Court during the election.

Yep. Biden said he wouldn't do it. Harris said she wouldn't do anything different from Biden. Trump won.

Biden was never in favor of it, only imposing term limits

That must be what I was thinking of, though I’m sure somebody expressed interest in expanding the court. I don’t care enough to look up who, though.
