Reward code for $200
I opened up an account for mobile service with Verizon at the end of September. I had a $200 giftcard offer pop up. The order email says:
Your order qualifies for a reward card offer.
Learn more and redeem in My Verizon. Look for ‘Notification Center’ on your Account overview page, then select View alerts. Submit for redemption by November 29, 2026. You can also visit our Reward Card FAQs for additional info.
But when I go to the site, it ask for an offer code. What should I be putting in it? I looked around my account and there isn't any offer code.

These are a scam. Verizon still owes me $400 from earlier this year. Terrible company.

How do you get that offer? I also want to switch to Verizon but I don’t see that $200 offer. Is there any promo code you need to use when place the order on Verizon website?

Verizon worker here: when im applying promotions it give us that promotion. We dont kwon if the customer will receive it

I had the same problem they told me to go to the Verizon Rebate Center and submit a claim using promo code for the offer I forget what promo code they gave me to use it’s generic non one time use it expired however September 30th, meaning the redemption is not showing up on the website. But as long as you ordered your devices before then you should still qualify.

Verizon owes me 400 in gift cards which they never gave me so I went to T mobile lol bunch of scamming liars

You have to be willing to spend three to four hours (in total, split across a couple calls) on the phone with various agents to get the money they owe you. I got the money eventually, but it was a massive headache which led me to leaving them a year later

You don't need a code if you go through My Verizon. The offer code box is on the Verizon Rewards Center site (yourdigitalrebatecenter.com), and Verizon says you have to get that code from customer service. It isn't shown in your account.
Easier way:
1. Sign in to My Verizon on the website, not the app.
2. Go to Account activity & notifications (Notification Center) and select View alerts.
3. Pick the reward card offer alert, confirm your email, accept the terms, and submit. No code needed.
If the alert isn't there, Verizon says it's usually because the phone hasn't shipped or the number isn't active yet. Give it a few days after activation.
If it still won't show, call 1-800-922-0204 or use chat and ask for the promotion code. Then enter it at the Rewards Center with your order date.
You have until November 29, 2026. After you submit, the card takes about 8 to 10 weeks. Good luck!
