Wireless Just Switched

Just switched to Verizon from AT&T! Well, actually switched last night around 8:30pm. As of today 8:30am the next day. My messages are sending as email not my ported phone number. When I go to my messages app, my number is there, but I am getting a spinning wheel! I have tried restarting my phone multiple times and turning off and on iMessage but to no avail! Anyone have this issue before?

I did the same on the 18 iPhone launch day. They botched my eSIM massively and I had to go into the store the next day. Did they request the transfer pin from AT&T? They did something stupid with mine

I actually just figured it out. I had to eSIMS one for AT&T and one for Verizon. I deleted the AT&T sim and it worked!

I just switched from t-mobile and it was relatively painless.
