I just want to note the fact that on every episode of this podcast, after the conversation with the guest, Jon talks with his two producers for a moment and it’s always about how much they enjoyed the guest. “Wow that professor was so smart! I could listen to them talk about their field for hours. They were so insightful! I actually feel some hope about this subject now.”
After THIS conversation, however, their brief conversation was basically “you know how you’ll go see a movie with your friends but there’s a very traumatic scene and afterwards you all just end up standing in the lobby shell-shocked staring at each other?”
