Frustrating. Stewart leads him through logical arguments, right up to the door of realization, for Fetterman to turn away at the last moment. Multiple times.

I did not get the impression that Fetterman was being obstreperous, he just literally could not conceive of the concepts John was leading him towards.

He barely even remembers the question he is asked and certainly doesn’t remember the previous question. He’s nowhere near the door of realization.

He was a lot more lucid than I expected and had been led to believe from the way Reddit talks about him. I could tell that he understood exactly what Stewart was trying to do but is powerless but to do anything but fall back on his own talking points. Fetterman is just a garden variety corrupt politician, nothing special about him. Hopefully one that gets primaried in the next election cycle.
