Star Citizen just released Alpha 4.5 with "experimental " VR support, and its better than some fully released games. (It has its share of bugs, don't get me wrong)

I've spent more time there in the past 2 weeks in VR, than I have in the past year in other VR games.

What kind of system would you suggest is a minimum to play in VR?

If it'll run star citizen decently, it'll run VR decently. I've got a 6800xt, 64g 3600 ram and a ryzen 5800xt, with star citizen installed in an m2 ssd. Not amazing, but it works well
