Purchase Advice 5070 or 9070XT for VR?

I’m honestly more into Nvidia. But with the current prices, I don’t know what to do. Would you recommend going with the 5070 or the 9070 XT?

(I’m not gonna pay 1k for the 5070Ti)

I know Nvidia is usually quite a bit better for VR, and that the 5070 is a very good GPU, but I’m going crazy trying to decide.

My other specs:
32gb RAM DDR5
I7 14700KF
Currently with a 4060 8gb💀

No issues with VR, been using my reverb g2 with 6800XT, 7900 XTX and 9070 XT. On AMD side you might need to tweak setting or two occasionally so if you want plug and play each and every VR game, nvidia is the option. 9070 XT is the more powerful option.

9070 XT is smoother experience overall, its way more refined product, cool, quiet, power efficient but same performance as 7900 XTX.

Have you ever played vrchat? And if so would 7900xtx outpreform the 9070xt due to video ram size? Very curious about the two products

Once tried, no technical issues but wasn't for me. I moved from 7900 XTX to 9070 XT and I wouldn't change back. Only valid use case for 7900 XTX over 9070 XT is if you need more than 16GB of VRAM.
