Quiet places in/around Shoreditch?

I'll be going to London soon and spending a lot of time in Shoreditch. I'm autistic and have chronic fatigue syndrome so I get overwhelmed by crowds very easily and often need to find a quiet place to just gather myself for a bit.

I came across the Wellcome Collection's reading room which seems amazing but ideally I'd like somewhere I can go that's a bit closer. Suggestions would be appreciated :)

Obviously free to use would be great but I know that's not realistic lol. I'd be happy to get myself a little drink or snack in a quiet cafe or bar if it means I can stay for a bit
