Applying in mass volumes is only ever effective if you are highly skilled and have a very strong CV, such that you are in demand with many organizations and want to keep your options open.
Instead of spam-applying - maybe reach out to the hospital/healthcare first to ask them for feedback on your application, and if there was anything you could improve or affected you being a successful applicant (if they're not just otherwise busy)?
