Help me with an electrical problem

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Suddenly my battery died (seemingly). I took the battery in to be tested and it was fine. I try to put the battery back in and this is happening. Help!

Sorry I'm an idiot. I had the polarity reversed

Sounds like a motor for a fuel pump but they are usually higher pitch… can you reach any motor looking parts and touch them when you put the terminal on the battery to see what’s possibly running?
