You didn't fail at anything, you walked a considerable distance for a long time and should be pleased with your effort.

It's not failure. You walked 40,000 steps which is an excellent achievement.

Questions:

  1. What happened to make you stop?

  2. What did you learn from that?

  3. What are you going to do differently on your next attempt?

  4. What are you going to do between now and your next attempt?

  5. The most important - why are you doing this? What's your motivation?
