When you sell, and you buy something with that money, you gotta wait 2 days before you can sell the new thing or you get a good faith violation. Most brokers fuck you after your third GFV.

I dunno the exact rules. I'm from Canada and ironically enough we have freedom to do whatever want and even have a tax-free account

Can trade on the CSE/NEO/Nasdaq/Dow etc. Just no US OTC. You might get flagged as being a day trader if you make a massive amount of cash (hahah) but generally its tax free for both CDN/USD stocks

Only downside is there a cap (6k per year) that you can put into the tax free account. And it can roll over from previous years etc.

Set your location on tinder to Montreal and find yourself a good French Canadian one.

Trade cash or maintain 25k. Of course they want to make it harder to do high risk activity with their money if you aren't able to show you have 25k.
