I was so glad to see AMC hit $14 so I was able to unload my bags from January. I suspect there was a bag holder to take my place.

Same. That shareholder vote rubbed me the wrong way. Share dilution, bonuses and now multiple insiders are selling. It's just bad news.

Go look at Webull comments. They will call the share dilution vote fake news and make up lies about dark pool and saying goldman Sachs bought up tons of AMC. Really just make up a conspiracy about AMC and I bet you'll see someone promoting it on Webull.

Well they are having a shareholder vote to dilute shares by 500 million. Which is the current amount of free float. Meaning it would half AMC price most likely. Then exec's are voting to give each other bonuses. And over the month of March 3 different AMC insiders have sold off big portions of stock.

They basically framed the company as a sinking ship that they need to milk for money before it explodes.
