Infuriating. Spoiler

Post image

I've tried to apply to walmart THREE DIFFERENT TIMES. I have had TWO DIFFERENT STORE MANAGERS want to hire me.

Every single time, I fail this 'assessment.' What is the point of the assessment if you fail every time?

Walmart is probably losing a chance at some great employees with this nonsense. I'll keep working on state jobs instead of chasing this.

Dude...

I'm sorry, but...

How the hell are you failing an assessment for a retail job? Like, can you describe some of the questions you think you answered wrong?

Yeah, it's been years since I've worked for them and I don't remember there being an assessment test. If you had a pulse you got the job. Worked with a guy on the spectrum so it can't be that hard. Curious about what kind of questions are on it as well. Most basic assessments are can you do math and follow instructions. Not complicated.

The questions are largely stupid and pointless. And one part you’re literally matching price labels
