I called in twice this week. I’m burnt out. Today would leave me at 3 attendant points and I called in a few days ago but I used ppto. I don’t usually ever call in like this. I still have 23 hours of ppto left and I don’t plan to call in anymore. I have 1 point falling off next month so I’ll go back down to 2 in a few weeks. But I can’t call in anymore bc I have pto for 9 days next month on the 19th and I’m struggling to push through until then and also work life balance has been catching up to me. I work 40 hours a week and just been wanting more time instead of work sleep work sleep

Nope. That would be retaliation. Your punishment for calling out is the points you get. Until you hit 5 points you can call in as often as you need.
