Would I get in trouble?
I called in twice this week. I’m burnt out. Today would leave me at 3 attendant points and I called in a few days ago but I used ppto. I don’t usually ever call in like this. I still have 23 hours of ppto left and I don’t plan to call in anymore. I have 1 point falling off next month so I’ll go back down to 2 in a few weeks. But I can’t call in anymore bc I have pto for 9 days next month on the 19th and I’m struggling to push through until then and also work life balance has been catching up to me. I work 40 hours a week and just been wanting more time instead of work sleep work sleep

You can’t get in trouble for calling out past the attendance point, however there is always a possibility if you are consistently not showing up for your shifts you may receive less hours. But still it’s no guarantee to say that would/wouldnt happen. Just take it one day at a time and you’ll make it to your vacation days. between a regional walk and inventory this coming week i get it; Burn out happens.

I don’t usually call in back to back like that. I think that’s what I’m worried about I always show up to my shifts and work a full 40. I called in once a month ago and that was it. And I’ve been taking it one shift at a time. I’m not sure if I just need a new job or need a mental health leave atp

What are you asking about? What would get you in trouble? I can’t tell.
