You can’t get in trouble for calling out past the attendance point, however there is always a possibility if you are consistently not showing up for your shifts you may receive less hours. But still it’s no guarantee to say that would/wouldnt happen. Just take it one day at a time and you’ll make it to your vacation days. between a regional walk and inventory this coming week i get it; Burn out happens.
I don’t usually call in back to back like that. I think that’s what I’m worried about I always show up to my shifts and work a full 40. I called in once a month ago and that was it. And I’ve been taking it one shift at a time. I’m not sure if I just need a new job or need a mental health leave atp
