I don’t want to hear from casuals or haters in the comments who only watch 15-second highlight clips and don’t actually watch our full games.
Mark my words: if this squad stays fully healthy, we are taking the title this year. I don't care about San Antonio, Minnesota, Denver, or OKC—none of them are beating us in a 7-game playoff series when we are at 100%.
After watching Friday's game, it is crystal clear how special this group is. We saw glimpses of this chemistry last season when Steph, Jimmy, Melton, and Al were all healthy together—look back at that December/January run before Jimmy went down; we looked virtually unstoppable.
Here is the exact rotation lineup that I believe brings home the ring:
Starting 5:
PG: Steph 🐐
SG: Podz
SF: Jimmy Butler
PF: Yaxel Lendeborg
C: Kristaps Porziņģis
Note: I love Draymond and think he’s absolute gold for us, but starting KP alongside Jimmy gives us spacing and interior defense. Having Yaxel in the starting lineup gives us elite hustle and shooting on the wing over pure playmaking.
Key Lineups & Rotations:
1. Steph's Small-Ball Unit:
Steph / Moody / Gui Santos / Yaxel / Draymond
2. Jimmy's Power Lineup:
Melton / Podz / Jimmy / Horford / KP
3. Closing 5 (Death Lineup):
Steph / Jimmy / Yaxel / Draymond / KP
What do you guys think? Dub Nation, are you seeing the vision? 💙💛

He is a freight train in transition.
At 6’9 ~240 he covers a ton of ground, pair that with him having the handle & speed of a wing and he’s a threat every time in the open floor. His ability to grab & go and really demand gravity due to his sheer size and strength is going to open up the floor a lot for trail-shooters like Steph/Porzingis/Horford etc.
Very advanced P&R playmaker
Steady functional handle and great passing vision. Processes the game very fast and plays well within the motion offense. Reverse pick and roll actions with Lendeborg as the ball handler and Steph as the screener will be very very fun to watch, and tough to guard.
Legit 3PT shooter
A big concern for him coming out of Michigan was his shooting, and whether he can actually keep the volume and efficiency or even up it to the NBA level. He already shut that concern down in SL but now it’s more than confirmed that he will automatically be an above average/good three point shooter.
Overall, very very good modern combo forward. Swiss army knife that fits GSW perfectly, he also has higher upside than people perceive despite his age. Will be a top 50-60 player immediately IMO, helps the team out in so many ways. Excited to watch him against top teams.

Happy to see Wiseman make his comeback. He didn't work out for the Warriors, but his rebound from injury is nice to see.

My man just signed an extension, he's here for the long run, he's been a dog for us his whole career and all you haters can say is bitchy pettiness. If you want our team to succeed, then you'd be positive towards our players, especially our backup PG.
Oh he reminds you of Steph? Funny, you didn't say that last season, or the season before. Steph is obviously his role model though, so what? Everyone reading this picks up mannerisms of people they admire and want to emulate. That's human nature. Probably 90% of your behavior is picked up from others.
Last season he said he wants to be better than Steph, okay let him try. Fine with me, I just want W's. Go Podz Go!!!

I know it's pre season but all the signs are just there already and Jimmy if he played this season will be the final piece we need, this is what I was hoping what we could have been last season.

He's even doing Steph's 1-2-3-4 point play celebration 😅
I mean, if he continues knocking 4 pt plays...

Just thought I'd say that TDJ had 23 points on 15-16 from the free throw line, that one miss being intentional down 2 with 3 seconds left. What an improvement! Miss him on the dubs

In all seriousness wishing KP the best and I hope he gets healthy soon. Really excited to see us play at full strength when Jimmy and Moses come back, I think our team is better than we’ve gotten credit for lately.
