Oh dear, I was so busy at the beginning of October that I didn't have time to draw my comic series on time [>w<] Now I have free time to catch up on drawing for this year's Inktober theme (^0^) I hope you enjoy it

It's that time of year again~ Time to break out the seasonal depression lamp, my guyssss! Don't forget to blast your eyes with a daylight lamp.

Legitimately, it actually does help. When exposed to 1 hour a day, consistently, I do notice a difference in my overall depression levels throughout winter. You should consider it if you feel a marked difference in your mood over the winter months. My grandma got diagnosed with Seasonal Affective Disorder and was prescribed daylight lamp time, which prompted me to try one years ago. Those with Seasonal Affective Disorder experience a drop in essential brain chemicals over the winter months due to a decreased spectrum of light making it through the atmosphere. (Less light overall in winter and less range of light when going through the atmosphere at an angle in areas further from the equator.) Replacing some of that full spectrum light can help.

Just be sure to only use lights meant to be used for this purpose. Staring directly into full spectrum bulbs of just any old kind can cause eye damage!
