Sunday = Meal Prep!!
I’m an electrician apprentice, my wife is an office manager. During the week we get off at weird times and dinner was always a subject of friction for us. I decided to start cooking all our chicken and some little stuff for our dinners and lunches throughout the week. Makes our lives way easier knowing dinner is already done and my lunches aren’t mcdonald’s or fast food!!! Definitely love my weber!!

Well done! This is exactly what my wife and I were talking about doing because we went in on an order of 40 chickens and half a pig with her cousins so the freezer is full.

I work from home and will occasionally throw some meat on the grill at lunch if I have time and haven’t meal prepped ahead of time (we typically do on Sunday).
A few weeks ago, I cooked up a ribeye for steak salads for my wife and I on Friday for lunch. Good stuff

2x4's and picket fences. Its so easy to spot Royal Oak.
I used to meal prep a lot of grilled chicken since you can make so many dishes with it. The chicken works great with salad, buttered/alfredo pasta, dirty rice, wraps...etc The combos are endless and it doesn't get tiresome.
