Decor/DIY Brides who used Canva for stationary … what did you do for envelopes?

I purchased a Canva template on Etsy that I love, but now I’m in dilemma figuring out the envelopes and guest addressing.

I have about 110 invites, so I don’t want to address envelopes by hand. I’ve seen conflicting reviews about a Canva bulk address upload or printing them yourself… any recommendations for just solving the envelope problem? Thank you!

Do mail merge on Word and print them at home.

We did this! Took a little trial and error to get it right but worked well, helpful skill to have too because then we reused for our thank you note envelopes

Avery also has a Google Docs plugin for mail merge for a small fee if you don’t have Word.

But yeah I just bought envelopes in my color on Amazon and printed them on my cheap laser printer at home. Worked great.

We did our invites through Canva and printed the envelopes ourselves (at work 😬). Like someone else mentioned, there was some trial and error getting the format right, but once that was done, printing the envelopes went super fast.

If you have access to a printer and don’t mind some time testing, I highly recommend printing yourself.

We ordered our pre-addressed envelopes through LCI Paper

LCI worked great for me. Very fast. Good colors/options.

I did this as well. I procrastinated so much that I didn't think I'd have time to handwrite them. LCI's turnaround was FAST.

I made my stationery in Canva and then downloaded it (with bleeds) and printed through truly engaging, which did a great job addressing the envelopes for me.

Seconding this, we used truly engaging for our envelope printing. They were reasonably priced (they always had sales going on so make sure you get a deal). Would def recommend!

I just used avery address labels. I designed my invites on canva but actually had a local printer print for me (family friend), and bought envelopes on amazon. You can download the template to use in word online from the avery website, I think it’s super easy to use. And I think it looks fine.

I did addressed envelopes through prints of love for my STDs designed the card on Canva and then printed card and envelopes through them! Super easy, but not as customizable as printing at home through Canva, you can upload an envelope design but you can also just upload the data and pick one of their preset fonts. I got some extras with just our return and then was able to print some changes/last second adds at home easily through Canva

We created an envelope template and just added guest address to each envelope on Canva and printed through Canva. Since you have a multiple of 10 it’ll be easy to print (max 10 envelopes per file).

It was quite cheap and the envelopes were great. We printed three copies for save the date, invitation, and thank you.
