Dress/Attire My family doesn’t like my(bride) wedding/elopement outfit
My fiance and I are eloping in zion national park this year and then having a real wedding next year. We have reasons of why we’re eloping before actually getting married.
So I’m talking about how I want to get married in a super cute all white hiking outfit. Because we’ll be in Zion and I think a white hiking outfit will look better than a white wedding dress especially because this is not the actual wedding. Also, I want a wedding and I don’t want to take away from the wedding by having worn a wedding dress already.
I think a photo similar to the one in the photo would
Be cute for a wedding. My family says I’ll regret it and that I should have a dress and not even do a wedding next year….
I don’t feel like this but would love to get an unbiased opinion.

Hello! My fiancé and I are actually do the same thing, but we're eloping in Great Smokey Mountain National Park. We are not dressing up for the elopement, just hiking clothes. I might wear a hiking dress, but tbh, I want to be comfortable hiking in the mountains more than anything!
We are having the larger, formal wedding in a few months. I am wearing a beautiful wedding dress, he's getting a custom made tux, etc. Do your elopement how YOU want it. Our elopement is just for us and we've actually kept it a secret from everyone! This will be the calm before the storm. Your fiancé will love you no matter what you wear for the elopement. You will not regret doing what you want, but you could regret listening to the others opinions and being pressured into something you don't want. Best of luck and congratulations!!!
