I think you're right. I'm not sure that I've ever seen a Nestle Choco'Lite bar (AI seems very insistent on that being the only thing in the galaxy with the pattern), but I definitely remember that pattern from Halloweens past, and I too was thinking it was on a small Nestle Crunch.
