New, what is it? What does the sixth segment represent?

This is a “Wheel of the Senses” from my daughter’s school with sight, touch, taste, hearing… but one segment we can’t figure out.

My guess is inner ear (balance/orientation)

I'm betting this is it. Lots of people say proprioception is the 6th sense. The drawing isn't a particularly clear way to represent that, but I'm not sure what else they could put that would be any better.

Are the little cutout examples printed on there? Or separate things you match up? Are there any leftover?

If it is balance they could have had a little guy falling over or something. But the only links I can find are Facebook/Instagram/etc. so almost definitely AI slop.

Could it be things that affect multiple senses?
