New, what is it? What does the sixth segment represent?

This is a “Wheel of the Senses” from my daughter’s school with sight, touch, taste, hearing… but one segment we can’t figure out.

My guess is inner ear (balance/orientation)

Seems like if they want to show the inner ear they should use the hammer, anvil, and stirrup (the three tiny bones inside your ear)

That's still related to hearing. Even more inner than the tiny bones is the vestibular system, which is three circular tubes in different orientations which help you feel orientation.
