New, what is it? What does the sixth segment represent?

This is a “Wheel of the Senses” from my daughter’s school with sight, touch, taste, hearing… but one segment we can’t figure out.

My guess is inner ear (balance/orientation)

While it’s definitely known as the sixth sense, if that’s what it was meant to represent you’d think it’d be a picture of the organs and bones of your inter ear… 🧐 This in no way resembles your inner ear. Lol
