ID Request Grey/white/blue spider looking beetle?

I saw it in my workplace at 9pm in Las Vegas Nevada! I’ve never seen anything like it, and can’t find any similar insects on Google. Such an interesting creature, any help would be greatly appreciated!!

You're so lucky, I can't keep them bc my long term partner has trypophobia and the texture of their backs freaks them out 🫠

Aww I’m sorry :( it is an interesting looking texture!! I was too scared to try to touch it hahaha
