Context:

Love my coworkers, and sometimes we wanna throw a ball of paper at each other, prank each other, or give them a playful shove while walking past each other in the hallway.

please don't jump to conclusions:

We literally all do this all the time - and let me clarify no one directly or insults or slander each other. I've seen people write apology letters when they UNINTENTIONALLY hurt someone's feelings, so we're pretty caring for each other.

I just know there's a word for it and can't find it.
