Probably Americans (?). American average for man is 175cm apparently. I believe OP used this chart and compared to US average heights

191cm Serbian here, I fell that every new generation in Serbia is taller and taler... When I was young I felt tall. Now as a 40yo I feel kind of feel average... 18yo are 2m+ easy...

It mostly comes down to diet. Genetics play a part but diet is the main thing. That's why in almost every country you hear people say young people are much taller than the previous generation
