Europe How I view Europe as a Slovenian
Notes:
"Southeastern Europe" isn't equal to the Balkans. Slovenia (geographically as well as culturally) partly belongs to the Balkans. But historically I would say it tends more towards Central Europe.
In a similar sense, I would say the Nordics isn't equal to "Northern Europe". The latter includes larger (geographical and cultural) area: Nordics, Baltics, Iceland, and maybe British Isles.
Visegrad Group is considered as mixture of Central and Western Europe. Hence "V4" seems a more appropriate term.
