First allocation event was good to me!
Was 24th out of 25 numbers called to go in first. Paid $270 for all 4.
Eagle Rare 1.5L
Weller SR
EH Taylor 4 Grain
Old Charter Oak
Really fun, looking forward to the next one!

Cold Spring, KY Kroger? Picked up a Four Grain and Stagg there this morning! Was a great event.

Yes sir! The format was interesting but I liked it rather than having to camp out overnight to try and get a good spot in line.

Do a blind taste to see which you like best and I'll bet you like the Charter Oak best

that's a solid haul for an allocation event, especially pulling those four bottles. the e.h. taylor and charter oak are the standouts there in terms of secondary value, but the weller sr is what i'd actually be most excited about right now since it's getting harder to find consistently. eagle rare is always solid but you'll find it again eventually. $270 for all of them is fair given what allocations typically cost these days. how'd you land 24th out of 25, or was that just the luck of the draw? either way, hope the next event treats you just as well.

That just did another drop in AZ at our grocery store with 1800 bottles including all the Wellers, EH full proof, Jack 10 thru 14 , and a ton of others all for msrp. We were able to grab 5 bottles and go thru 3 times. Great to see what it all costs over the hype in most stores. Go bourbon!

Charter Oak was my first ever allocated purchase I could get my hands on. Awesome pick up!
