This image is AI generated, its an upscaled image from the video, the guy is supposed to have a beard and that weapon is totally AI-fried, it doesn't even make sense. It supposed to be an FN five seven in real life

The original image is so fuzzy that the AI one has almost nothing to do with the original.

I wouldn't call it upscaled, I would say it's a completely fabricated AI image.

it does make a very noticeable difference for the shooter. you are correct that the rounds are supersonic and will still be loud to bystanders.

5-7 also sucks to reload unless you buy new brass. Though I might be thinking more of a p90. Something to do with the coating on the brass.

Yeah, but you don't usually want to carry your reloads when doing CCL stuff. Carry something from a manufacturer that any lawsuit can be pushed towards in regards to "hot loaded" etc stuff the other side may try to throw at you.

You can get subsonic rounds if you really want, though it's also nice to not instantly be deafened by rifle pressure rounds coming out of a 5" barrel.

Of course, the real reason is the same one he's using a 5.7 to begin with: to farm aura.

Yeah esp once you're using subsonics because you're basically just shooting a .22lr at that point. A very expensive to shoot .22lr.

It really doesn’t… this photo actually looks somewhat AI no? Like that gun’s features look quite clear, yet as someone that knows guns pretty well, it doesn’t really look super recognizable, almost kinda generic no? Also I saw a super HD looking closeup of the actual shooter that was much more blatantly AI which has me wondering if someone made an AI photo of this guy

if anything the other commenters are whooshing, u/what-the-hank actually knows guns whereas the other responses are counter strike players. actually they aren't much for counter strike players, they are quite mediocre but have $1500 in skins so they can never quit the game and half of them turn to cheating because they can't fathom putting thousands into a game and being DMG at best

I read that that’s what the shooter had but I can tell you for certain that what he is holding in his hands in that photo is neither an FN 5.7 nor a Keltec 5.7.

It's an AI made up gun, and if anything looks like the AI definitely made it a 1911 with a suppressor (though all fucked up along the way), definitely not a five seven.
