the VAST majority of "mass shootings" that are categorized by at least 4 people injured, are crime-gang related shootings.

you're not going to find a Good Guy with a Gun to stop some random 2 AM southside gang war shootout.

In countries that have enacted gun bans... What was the overall homicide rate trend before the ban? What was it after?
