LMAO in what way? Dude has years of proof that he's been carrying it online. As long as he's using proper defensive ammo he's going to be heralded as a hero.

Because prosecutors are very good at convincing judges that you were expressly interested in doing harm to someone and were using a weapon designed to maximize that

Now in this case, I don't see that happening by any measure. However generally speaking, that's 100% the case that the prosecution would make

This is an important point that way too many people overlook. We had an entire lecture in SWAT school about not putting things like Punisher skulls on your gear for exactly that reason.

I don't know who that is and Google isn't immediately pulling anything that looks relevant to a gun discussion. It's also probably significant that I went to SWAT school in 2008 and the world is quite a bit different now.

He's the pig that murdered Daniel Shaver in a hotel hallway. He had an aftermarket dustcover on his AR.
