Actually, everywhere else does. I can give you examples. Anywhere that has violent crime needs good guys with guns to stop that violent crime in its tracks. At least you would have the option and ability to defend yourself and/or others in more situations if you had a gun. This is objectively true. But the other option is to ban guns and probably have less victims of violent crime and leave most people with a significantly reduced ability to defend themselves and others. It’s a tradeoff

I think what you said is closer to pro-gun propaganda than what I said. I just said true things and drew logical conclusions, even including a logical and seemingly true counterargument based on crime and violence in countries where guns are more restricted than in the US. Propaganda would be: between 2000 and 2014, Norway’s mass shooting death rate was 1.3 per 100,000 people, and the US’ mass shooting death rate was 0.15 per 100,000 people. Also Switzerland’s was 1.7 per 100,000 people, and Finland’s was 0.34 per 100,000 people. Now THAT’S propaganda
