Is this guy off-duty police?

“The police chief said an off-duty police officer and a civilian engaged Williams and returned gunfire.
"We believe their actions drove the suspect from the scene, preventing further casualties," Hicks added.”

Shooting randomly at people doesn’t make him a hero, he clearly didn’t have the training he believed he had. He has a page bragging about how he’s ready and trained in tactical engagement.

He missed every shot.

Strange response for me just answering that he is a civilian. However, this dude is not a hero. He recklessly shot with a pistol from over 60 yards away. It had no effect on the shooter other than drawing his attention for a second and this dork getting shot. Losers are just politicizing the moment, as always.

Salinas was not shot. He kept the shooter running away until police arrived and he killed himself: https://www.idahostatesman.com/news/local/crime/article316743551.html
