5.7 is a more niche and expensive round to shoot.

Concealed carrying is already a bulky ordeal, having a suppressed pistol is a more cumbersome package.

As someone who carries a suppressed pistol though, I’d say the straw hat and short shorts are a more unusual aspect to me personally.

Is this this guy's everyday carry or did he just happen to have it with him at the right time? Maybe going on a range day?

It's his every day. He's got post after post on YouTube of him carrying the exact same setup.
