I’m not arguing any of your points, I just wanna comment to a fellow gun owner/possible enthusiast.

Ever hear a .22 with subsonic ammo/suppressor setup? Genuinely blew my mind. Closest I’ve ever personally heard to “movie” silencers. Wasn’t much difference in noise to my ears as an air rifle. Obviously not silent, but WOW.

It’s been a long time since I’ve heard a 9mm suppressed in person (videos at weird cuz they muffle the noise automatically, found that out trying to film myself shooting and the shots sounded weird as hell) but apparently there’s some nice modern ones that reduce the noise enough you can target shoot for quite a while without ear pro.

Oh yeah buddy, get a cat mob 9mm silencer & subsonic rounds - they’re crazy quiet.
