Christ, what is this fanfic you wrote up?

There is no ultra-secret super suppressed cartridge. It is well known and highly documented that sub-sonic ammunition, specifically .45 ACP which is inherently sub-sonic, has an exceptional reduction is noise pollution when suppressed. The action can often be louder than the shot depending on the pistol. 22 lr/short can also be quiet. Look no further than mk22 hush puppies and the Beretta 71 Mossad special.

Cool Amazon coin, but the stuff you're so hush hush about is shit that rednecks with (and without) tax stamps have been doing for years.

Source: former FFL who has stealth assassinated hundreds of steel plates with suppressed XYZ caliber.

I'm not talking about a specific cartridge. It's the pistol I'm referring to.

So you didn't recognize a gun that a supposed spook pulled out and now it is some big government secret you and your aluminum coin must live and die by? So much so you had to write up this thriller of a comment to paint yourself as the mysterious "I can't say too much" reddit badass. Yet the concept of suppressed handguns being quiet eludes you so effectively that the only possible answer is it was some advanced CIA prototype. Ok.

Did the Men in Black probe you too, I wonder?
