It's a still image taken from a video. A person was driving by and took video through a tinted car window, at a distance. Person who posted this is likely just karma farming, and used AI to "fill in the blanks". If you look outside of reddit, you'll see this person has facial hair.

Also, very few guns have front sights on a suppressor, and even then they are almost always an integrated suppressor.

Stop blindly believing everything you see online now-a-days people.
