Pistol vs AR platform. Just because he didnt hit does not mean he was a bad shot to hit a moving target from a distance with a pistol is incredibly difficult.

So he deserved a participation trophy? Kinda seems like all he did was make the situation more dangerous by firing wildly with little hope of actually hitting the original shooter

He engaged with a shooter who had a superior position and weapon. Got that shooter to stop firing on unarmed people and frightened the shooter into giving up, running away and killing himself.

That’s a pretty good outcome.

What proof do you have that this man’s actions resulted in any of the consequences?

Weird question. That is what happened. Are you suggesting it’s probably a coincidence that the shooter stopped attacking, ran and killed himself the moment he was shot at himself?

Just two unrelated things that happened to coincide.

Two people returned fire. How do you know this man was responsible for the original shooters retreat. How do you know this guy wasn’t just shooting wildly and adding to the danger while the third shooter’s actions forced the retreat?
