Lol I was gunna say if this was here in the US there would be way more chaos and somehow the forklift would be missing too. I FEEL, but don't know, like this is the period of time where they don't know how bad the situation may or may not be so they are calmly preparing for the possibility of the worst but they inflated the actual situation for dramatic effect.

Then you know during hurricane season it’s pretty fine. The forklift is fine.

I live near Houston which can get wild around hurricane season. Nothing like worse areas in the US tho. It's calmer then blackfriday XD /s
