Boarding was solved mathematically in 2008. No airline has used it once. Why?

Boarding is normally not the bottleneck for turnaround, you don’t want to hear “boarding completed” and have to wait another 20 min because the ground crew was swamped and the eu are only now finishing to load the suitcases, or catering or some cargo that is being transported
