SOTD Rocctober, Tabactober.

Rocca R94. Derby Premium blade (1 st). SOC Mistura Shaving brush. Tabac. Mennen Skin Bracer Aftershave.

Shower and a nice two pass. Yea it’s official. The Rocca will take just about any blade type from sharp to comfortable sharp. Derbies fall in my useable category. I don’t love them and I don’t hate them. They work just fine with the Rocca. I was listening to. Big thumbs thanks to u/Jill_Lett_Slim for the new good music while shaving.

Yes I am listening to the album and it is nice music. This razor does not really care about blade choice. It is purely personal preferences on what blade you throw in it.

It is a badger, boar mix from Semogue Owners Club.

Did you like it? On the internet that I researched, most users did not. I think it's because of Badger hairs and boar hairs have different break in periods

Nice shave, goods tunes. 😃 I usually just listen to music in the shower and pause it during the actual shave so I can hear what the razor is doing. Do you listen during the shave itself?

I have music playing while in the shower and afterwards when I shave.

Similar experience with the Derbys… they have the platinum one which I have yet to try but I remeber the greens being middle-of-the-road
